Automation and Business Systems Specialist

Glitch AI Solutions is looking for an experienced freelancer who can understand real business workflows and turn them into practical automation and internal systems. You should be comfortable speaking with clients, mapping processes, identifying operational gaps, and building reliable solutions around existing tools and teams. Our work includes workflow automation, dashboards, approvals, reporting systems, AI assisted processes, and custom internal applications. What we are looking for • Strong understanding of business workflows and operations • Experience building automation and connected systems • Good problem solving and client communication skills • Ability to manage projects from discovery through testing and delivery • Experience with APIs, databases, automation platforms, dashboards, and AI tools • Reliable availability, documentation, and regular progress updates This is a remote, project based role with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
