Automation and Operations Specialist

Looking for an automation and operations specialist who can independently build and maintain workflows in Make, Zapier, or similar. The core work is connecting the different tools and software we use — for example, linking forms, funnels, and lead sources into our CRM and other systems so data flows automatically between them. You should already know how to architect and set up these automations on your own, not figure it out as you go or lean on AI to do the thinking. Coding isn't required, but strong foundational knowledge is. This is a flexible, per-task hourly role with variable workload, so we need high availability: someone ready to quickly fix automations when they break and build new ones as needs come up. Reliability and responsiveness matter as much as skill.
