Booking, Email Automation, Payment & Digital Audio Delivery — Online Hypnotherapy Practice I run a small online hypnotherapy practice (Hypnotic Impact) based in Western Australia. My website is already built and live. I need someone to connect the tools that turn a website visitor into a booked, paying client — and also set up automated delivery of digital audio products. What needs to be set up: Calendly (or similar) integrated with my website booking buttons and Google Calendar Email platform (Mailchimp or ConvertKit) with a simple automation: visitor enters email → receives a free audio file Digital audio shop: I will have multiple hypnotherapy audio titles, each available as a standalone version and a music version. Customers should be able to purchase individual audios or bundles, and receive their download automatically on payment — no manual handling from me All buyers added to my email list automatically Online payment connected across both the booking and the audio shop All tools connected and tested end to end What I am looking for: Someone who has done this before for a solo service-based business — ideally a coach, therapist, or consultant selling both sessions and digital products.
