### Title: AI Automation & Workflow Expert for Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations I’m looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to help me design and build practical, connected workflows for my business. I’m very AI-savvy and already use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude (CoWork, Code), Codex, Granola, Wispr Flow, and Airtable. However, I haven’t yet brought these tools together into standardized, end-to-end workflows within my own business. I’m looking for someone who can help me move from using individual AI tools to building reliable automations that work together. I view my business across three pillars: - Growth - Build - Operate The initial focus will likely be Growth—particularly sales, marketing, events, content etc My CRM and sales data currently live in Airtable. I have well-defined buyer personas and offer architecture. I’ve developed many of my sales and marketing processes manually, and I’m now ready to make them more consistent, scalable, and efficient. Potential opportunities include: - Streamlining the process from planning an event through outreach and follow-up - Capturing insights and action items from meeting notes and conversations - Identifying engagement, buying, and follow-up signals - Creating personalized outreach and conversion follow-ups - Turning my ideas, conversations, and work into marketing content - Drafting and managing LinkedIn content workflows - Connecting CRM data with content, outreach, and follow-up activities - Standardizing the different AI tools I currently use - Designing human-in-the-loop workflows so I can review important content and communications before they are published or sent I’m not looking for someone to simply recommend a collection of tools. I want a partner who can first understand how I currently work, identify the highest-value opportunities, design the right workflow architecture, and then help build and document the automations. The ideal person will have experience with: - AI-powered workflow design and automation - Airtable-based CRM workflows (open to other) - Sales and marketing automation - Event-driven outreach and follow-up - LLM tools such as ChatGPT and Claude - Content creation and LinkedIn workflows - Integrating multiple tools through platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs, or similar technologies - Building reliable workflows with appropriate human review and approval steps Initial deliverables may include: 1. Review and map my existing tools and manual processes 2. Recommend a standardized workflow and technology approach 3. Prioritize a small number of high-impact automations 4. Build and test the first end-to-end workflow 5. Document the system so it can be maintained and expanded 6.
