Automotive Dealer Pricing Research / Mystery Shopping

Ford Bronco Dealer Pricing Research / Mystery Shopping I’m looking for someone to conduct detailed pricing research on factory-ordering a new Ford Bronco in the United States. The goal is simple: find the absolute best dealer pricing available on a factory-ordered Bronco, with a strong preference for dealers in the Southeast. This is specifically for a new factory order, NOT a vehicle currently sitting on a dealer lot. What You'll Do -You will contact Ford dealerships as a prospective buyer who is seriously considering placing a new Bronco factory order. -I do not want a basic internet search or a list of advertised prices. I want you to communicate directly with dealers by phone, email, text, or their preferred method and negotiate/find out what they are actually willing to do on a new order. You should: -Focus heavily on dealers in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, and surrounding states -Expand nationally if there are dealers elsewhere offering substantially better factory-order pricing -Ask specifically about pricing on a customer-ordered Bronco -Determine the dealer's discount or markup relative to MSRP and/or invoice -Ask whether they will provide the pricing commitment in writing before the order is placed -Identify all dealer/doc/add-on fees -Determine whether any mandatory accessories, protection packages, financing requirements, trade requirements, or other conditions apply -Ask about deposits and whether they are refundable -Determine whether the dealer honors applicable Ford incentives available at delivery -Ask whether there are any restrictions on trims/options for the quoted discount -Negotiate where appropriate rather than simply accepting the first number provided Important -This is a research/mystery-shopping project. I am not placing the order immediately. -Your conversations should resemble those of a genuine prospective Bronco buyer so that dealers provide realistic pricing rather than treating the inquiry as market research. -However, you should not make a deposit, sign anything, provide false financial information, or make a binding commitment to purchase. Deliverable -Provide a spreadsheet showing every dealer contacted, including: Dealer name City/state Contact person Phone/email MSRP discount Invoice-based pricing, if offered Dealer/doc fees Mandatory add-ons Deposit amount/refundability Financing or trade requirements Incentive policy Any important restrictions Best written price/offer received -I want at least 15-25 dealers actually contacted, not simply researched online. -At the end, rank the 5 best factory-order deals in the country and explain the true effective price of each after dealer fees and mandatory add-ons. Ideal Candidate This would be especially well suited for someone who: -Is comfortable negotiating with car dealerships -Understands MSRP vs. invoice pricing and dealer fees -Is persistent and comfortable calling multiple dealers -Can keep detailed records -Has experience with automotive purchasing, mystery shopping, or dealer research -Knowledge of Ford's ordering process or the Bronco market is a major plus.
