Automotive Dealership Operations Expert Needed to Review New Dealer Management Software

Summary

We are looking for an experienced independent auto dealer professional to review our dealer management software and provide practical feedback. You should have recent, hands-on experience with systems such as DealerCenter, Frazer, AutoManager, Wayne Reaves, AutoStar, or similar platforms. You will test key dealership workflows, including: Inventory and vehicle management Leads, CRM, customers, and follow-ups Deal creation, desking, F&I, and documents Titles, compliance, and reporting BHPH loan servicing and collections User roles, navigation, and overall usability We need you to identify: Missing features or fields Workflows that do not follow industry standards Areas that are confusing or inefficient Features dealers expect from a modern DMS Improvements competitors handle better Potential operational or compliance concerns Deliverables Written report with screenshots when helpful Prioritized list of critical issues and recommended improvements Comparison with the DMS platforms you have personally used Final video call to review your findings This is not a programming role or a basic software-testing assignment. We need someone who understands real dealership operations and can explain how the software should work in practice. An NDA will be required before access is provided. Please Include in Your Proposal Which dealer-management systems have you personally used? How many years did you use each system? What was your dealership role? Which workflows did you handle directly? Have you helped implement, train users on, or migrate between DMS platforms? Please begin your proposal with the names of the DMS platforms you have used.
