UK Automotive Technician Recruiter — Performance Commission — Bid2Fix™ Platform

Bid2Fix™ is a UK marketplace connecting vehicle owners with vetted professional automotive technicians through a transparent reverse-auction model. Customers post jobs, technicians bid, customers choose. We are recruiting a commission-based freelancer to identify and approach self-employed automotive technicians across the UK and convert them into assessed platform members. This is performance-only. No hourly pay. No upfront fee. Commission is 40% of each technician's assessment fee: — Tier 1 Verified (£25 assessment) → £10 per confirmed recruit — Tier 2 Skilled (£75 assessment) → £30 per confirmed recruit — Tier 3 Expert (£150 assessment) → £60 per confirmed recruit Earn up to £60 per confirmed recruit — higher-tier technicians earn you more. Milestone bonus triggers at 5 confirmed recruits in any tier combination. You are looking for: Self-employed UK mechanics, mobile technicians, and automotive specialists with public liability insurance. All specialisms welcome including EV/HV, fabrication, welding, diagnostics, and restoration. Not franchise employees. Decision-makers only. Important — how it works: Technicians do not self-select their tier. They apply, submit credentials, and Bid2Fix™ awards their tier after assessment. Your job is to recruit qualified candidates and direct them to apply — assessment is handled by us. Required: B2B outreach experience, UK market, trade or SME sector. Existing contacts in automotive, technical training, or motor trade are a strong advantage.
