We are an Australian automotive technology company building eCommerce software for dealership and OEM brands. Our platform powers vehicle websites across multiple brands, and we're looking for a meticulous content specialist to keep that experience accurate and up to date. About the Role This is a fully remote, ongoing contract role for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working independently. You'll be embedded in our OEM team, maintaining vehicle model pages, managing digital assets, and ensuring content is current and compliant across multiple automotive brands. Training is provided — you don't need to know the automotive industry inside out, but you do need exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow processes reliably. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm Brisbane time (AEST). Please only apply if you can commit to these hours. What You'll Be Doing Website Content & Page Management - Create and maintain vehicle model pages using established templates - Build webpages from existing templates and blank-page layouts - Upload, format, and publish blogs, news articles, and other content - Ensure content is consistent and professional across all websites Vehicle Data Management - Update vehicle specifications, features, and technical data - Review and update model disclaimers and compliance information - Cross-reference information from OEM data tools and manufacturer resources Digital Asset Management - Source vehicle imagery from OEM resources and - approved libraries - Upload and maintain stock image libraries - Organise brochures, specification sheets, PDFs, and supporting documentation - Work through existing stock image backlogs Quality Assurance - Conduct quality checks on content, imagery, and specifications before publication - Flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing information - Complete updates accurately within required timeframes What We're Looking For Essential: - Exceptional attention to detail — this is non-negotiable - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and manage your own workload - Strong written communication in English - High computer literacy and comfort learning new systems - Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks - Available Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm AEST Desirable (nice to have, not required): - Experience with a website CMS (any platform) - Basic understanding of HTML and webpage structure - Experience creating or maintaining webpages - Experience managing digital assets — images, PDFs, downloadable content - Automotive industry background A Note on Workload This role has predictable busy periods around the 1st and 15th of each month, when OEM model updates are released. You'll need to be available and responsive during these windows — including when the 1st falls on a weekend. Outside of these periods, the work is steady and structured.
