POV Video Collector - Automotive Workers - LATAM

We're looking for people based in LATAM working in automotive service to help us build training data for physical AI. The job: record short video clips of your normal automotive service tasks using your phone. No scripts, no acting — just do the job you already do. Tasks include: general automotive service & maintenance, brake pad & rotor service, tire dismount & mount, tire rotation & pressure check, wheel balancing, oil & fluid change, battery test & replacement, filter & component replacement, filter swap & system tune-up, car wash/pre-soak, interior vacuuming, and wheel/tire dressing & buffing. Pay: $60 for the initial 10-hour milestone, part of a $600 contract paid in milestones. We have ongoing hours to capture beyond this. Our most active collectors earn $200–$300/week. Requirements: - Located in LATAM - Currently working in automotive service (real working conditions) - Eligible phone: iPhone 12+, Samsung Galaxy S21+, or Google Pixel 6+ - Ability to commit regular hours weekly How it works: - Apply, confirm your role and phone model - We send filming guidelines (angle, hands visible) - You record your normal tasks and submit footage - Footage is reviewed, and you get paid via Upwork milestone once approved To apply: answer the screening questions below (your automotive role + phone model)
