AI Avatar Video Editor Remote, Long-Term Contract Role Base Pay: $1,200 USD per month Performance Bonus: Up to $300 USD per month About the Role We are a media and marketing agency that helps churches, faith-based leaders, experts, and business owners generate leads through paid advertising, content, sales, and follow-up systems. We are looking for an AI Avatar and Direct-Response Video Editor to join our internal production team. Your main responsibility will be turning approved client scripts into polished AI-generated video ads using approved client likenesses, avatars, and voices. AI clones. We currently produce approximately 40 to 60 ad variations each week. These may include different hooks, body sections, calls to action, closing statements, captions, visual formats, and opening scenes. This is an ongoing role for someone who can work quickly, follow direction, protect client assets, and maintain consistent quality across multiple accounts. What You Will Do You will: • Upload approved scripts into HeyGen, MakeUGC, ElevenLabs, and related platforms • Generate realistic videos using approved client avatars and voices • Edit AI-generated footage into polished direct-response advertisements • Create multiple hook, body, CTA, and closing variations • Add captions, graphics, music, B-roll, screenshots, and sound effects when needed • Format videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and sales pages • Review every video for lip sync, pronunciation, facial expressions, pacing, audio quality, and visual consistency • Follow the brand guidelines for each assigned client • Organize scripts, source files, templates, project files, and final exports • Follow our agency’s naming, file-management, and approval process • Make requested revisions within the agreed turnaround time • Help maintain a repeatable production system for 40 to 60 weekly ad variations Tools Experience with the following tools is strongly preferred: • HeyGen • MakeUGC • ElevenLabs • Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve • Canva or Photoshop Experience with After Effects, Runway, Descript, Captions, Frame.io, Topaz, ChatGPT, Claude, Veo, or Kling is helpful but not required. You do not need experience with every tool listed. You must be able to show that you can produce realistic AI-avatar videos and properly edited advertisements. Who We Are Looking For You should: • Have direct experience producing AI-avatar videos • Understand short-form advertisements and social media pacing • Know how to create different versions from the same approved message • Pay close attention to lip sync, pronunciation, timing, captions, and audio quality • Follow scripts and creative direction accurately • Communicate clearly in English & show up for weekly zoom meeting • Work quickly without submitting unfinished or careless work • Organize files and versions carefully • Accept direct feedback and make revisions professionally • Meet deadlines consistently • Be available for a long-term working relationship • Be comfortable working across multiple client brands • Protect all private likenesses, voices, footage, scripts, login information, and company assets All client avatars, voices, likenesses, source footage, scripts, training files, and account access may only be used for approved agency projects. You may not copy, download, share, publish, reuse, sell, or distribute client or agency assets for any unauthorized purpose. Compensation The base compensation is $1,200 USD per month. You may earn up to an additional $300 USD per month based on: • Meeting weekly production targets • Maintaining quality across multiple client accounts • Completing projects on schedule • Responding quickly to revisions • Keeping files and versions organized • Reducing errors in lip sync, pronunciation, facial expressions, audio, captions, and exports • Following client brand guidelines accurately • Helping improve the production process The maximum monthly compensation for this role is $1,500 USD, including the performance bonus. The agency will provide access to approved client accounts and the software needed to complete assigned projects. The selected applicant will begin with a paid trial before moving into the ongoing monthly role.
