Our team will simply take photos of products, promotions, and store activity — we need an AI-powered workflow that takes it from there: generating captions, scheduling and publishing posts, repeating/repurposing content, and flagging us if nothing has been posted within a set time window. Key Responsibilities Build an automated pipeline that ingests photos we upload and generates ready-to-post content (captions, hashtags, formatting) using AI tools Set up auto-posting and scheduling across our social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed) Implement content recycling/repeating logic so older posts can be reused or repurposed automatically Configure a monitoring/alert system that flags us (via email, Slack, or similar) if no post has gone out within a specified time period Recommend and integrate automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, Ayrshare API, or similar) to connect the photo intake, AI content generation, and posting steps (Optional/Phase 2) Build an AI avatar video generator so we can create short promotional or talking-head videos from text scripts or product photos, without filming Document the full workflow so our team can operate and adjust it without ongoing technical support Required Skills & Experience Proven experience building AI-powered content and social media automation workflows Hands-on expertise with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n Experience with AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar APIs) for captions/copy Familiarity with social media scheduling/posting APIs (Meta Business Suite, Ayrshare, Buffer, Later, or similar) Ability to set up monitoring/alerting logic (e.g., time-based triggers, flagging via email/Slack) Clear communication skills and ability to document workflows simply for a non-technical team Nice-to-Have Experience with AI avatar video tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, InVideo AI, or similar) Small business or retail/local business marketing experience Experience with image-to-video or UGC-style ad generation Deliverables Fully functional automated workflow: photo upload → AI content generation → scheduled posting Alert/flagging system for missed posting windows Optional AI avatar video setup (if scoped in) Simple written guide/SOP for our team to use and adjust the system
