Avery barcode labels from spreadsheet

Summary

I need some product barcode labels designed using the information I have in the spreadsheet attached and based on the sample design. These need to be designed to fit on the Avery L7148 label template. For each product, I would like a whole sheet of the same label and that sheet to have the name specified in Column E. There will be two barcode runs, one from the GTIN 1 tab, and one from the GTIN 2 tab. At the moment I have just used a sample Barcode number (EAN 13) and in the Avery system, it automatically creates the correct barcode lines for the number. Are you able to do this? Please see attached the PDF sample of the barcode and the excel spreadsheet with the data. And just a reminder the numbers are just sample data for now until I get the actual barcodes in the next few days.
