Awin Affiliate Program Management

FREELANCE. NO AGENCIES Lobsterboys is looking for an experienced AWIN Affiliate Manager to turn our small affiliate program into a meaningful new-customer acquisition channel. We currently have only a handful of productive affiliates. The program generated: - Under $5,000 in Month 1 (May) - $17,000 in Month 2 (June) - Significantly less in Month 3 (July) Our average order value is approximately $200, and we pay commissions only on new customers—not existing customers. We are not looking to pay large upfront placement fees. We want a true performance-based program built around affiliates who create strong content, reach affluent customers and drive incremental sales. What we would like from you: 1) Audit the current AWIN program and identify why performance has weakened. 2) Recruit high-quality food, gifting, lifestyle, grilling and premium-product affiliates. 3) Find creators and publishers willing to produce original content—not simply post coupon codes. 4) Develop outreach, commission and activation strategies that attract stronger partners. Secure reviews, recipes, gift guides, videos, newsletters and editorial placements. Activate inactive affiliates and remove low-quality or non-incremental partners. Track new-customer revenue, affiliate profitability and publisher performance. Provide a clear weekly action plan and performance report. Questions to Address in Your Application 1.
