Job Title: Azure Data Engineer Needed – Troubleshoot Attendance Data Integration Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to assist with troubleshooting an issue affecting a client's attendance data integration. The Azure data warehouse process responsible for importing attendance figures into reporting has stopped functioning correctly. We have completed some initial investigation and attempted to resolve the issue; however, we require additional support from someone with strong experience in Azure-based data integrations. Scope of work: Review the existing Azure data warehouse setup and attendance data pipeline Investigate and identify the root cause of the issue Troubleshoot the integration between the source system and Azure Assess whether any API or source system changes may have impacted the process Implement or recommend an appropriate fix Document findings and any changes made Required experience: Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure-based ETL processes Experience troubleshooting data pipelines and integrations Familiarity with API-based integrations Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly Nice to have: Experience with reporting/data warehouse environments Previous work with attendance or education-related systems Engagement details: Initial engagement focused on investigation and troubleshooting, with the potential for additional work depending on the outcome.
