The Role * Goal: Own our outbound pipeline and book discovery calls. * Focus: Put corporate decision-makers on our calendar for 15-minute syncs. * Sales Cycle: No closing required. You open doors; we close the deals. * Growth: We want a passionate partner who wants to grow with our business long-term. Our Core Service Catalog * Microsoft Cloud: Defender Managed XDR, Intune, Azure Security, and Entra ID IAM. * Network Security: Palo Alto & Fortinet Firewall Implementation & Managed Services. * Advanced Security: Vulnerability Management, DevSecOps, and AI Security Hardening. What You'll Be Doing * Outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email. * Reaching key decision-makers (CEOs, Owners, CTOs, and IT Directors). * Booking qualified meetings directly onto our Zoom calendar. Compensation Structure (High Upside) * Base Pay: $40 Fixed Fee per qualified, attended meeting. * Trial Budget: Capped at $800/month for this initial test phase (up to 20 meetings). * Recurring Commission: 10% monthly commission on gross contract value for the first 3 months. * Payout Example: Book a $2,500/mo client $\rightarrow$ earn an extra $250/mo for 3 months via Upwork bonuses. What Defines a "Qualified Meeting"? * Target Persona: Corporate Owner, CEO, Managing Partner, or IT Director. * Company Size: Minimum of 15 employees or workstations. * Attendance: The prospect must actually show up to the scheduled meeting. Requirements & Location * Preferred: US-based freelancers. * Open to: Global candidates with exceptional, fluent English communication skills. * Track record in B2B tech, SaaS, MSP, or cybersecurity lead generation.
