Summary

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter who is comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers. This is NOT a lead generation role. We provide the prospect lists, contact information, CRM, messaging, and support. Your job is to engage decision-makers, uncover potential business and technology challenges, and schedule qualified discovery meetings. Our clients are typically small and mid-sized businesses that need technology leadership, process improvement, automation, custom software development, AI solutions, systems integration, or strategic consulting—but do not have the resources for a full-time CTO or internal development team. What You'll Do: - Make outbound calls to business owners and executives - Introduce our technology consulting and development services - Identify opportunities where businesses may benefit from automation, software, integrations, AI, reporting, or technology strategy - Qualify prospects based on our criteria Schedule discovery meetings for our consulting team - Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity records - Follow up with interested prospects What We Provide: - Curated lead lists - Contact information - CRM access - Sales messaging and training - Ongoing support - Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Ideal Candidate: - Proven cold calling experience - Strong appointment-setting track record - Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives - Experience selling B2B services, consulting, SaaS, IT services, or professional services - Excellent communication skills - Self-motivated and results-driven To Apply We are looking for a professional appointment setter who can consistently create opportunities and help build a pipeline of qualified business conversations.
