B2B Appointment Setter Needed for Commercial Cleaning Company (New Jersey)

Looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter to generate and book qualified appointments for a commercial cleaning company in New Jersey. Responsibilities include researching local businesses, identifying decision-makers (owners, office managers, facility managers, practice managers, operations managers), making outbound calls, sending follow-up emails when needed, and scheduling appointments directly on my calendar. Target industries include dental offices, medical offices, law firms, warehouses with office space, logistics companies, manufacturers, professional offices, and commercial facilities. The ideal candidate has experience in appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, or selling commercial services such as janitorial, facility services, pest control, security, landscaping, or uniform services. Goal: Book 8–10 qualified appointments per month with decision-makers interested in discussing commercial cleaning services. Requirements: * Excellent spoken and written English * Experience with B2B cold calling * Comfortable reaching gatekeepers and decision-makers * Ability to research prospects independently * Strong communication and follow-up skills This will begin as a 30-day trial with the possibility of long-term work if appointments are consistently booked.
