You’ll be reaching out to property management company owners across the U.S., introducing our investment banking services, and booking qualified appointments for our deal team. This is not a script-reading role — we’re looking for someone confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with business owners. About Us We are an investment bank specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships within the property management industry. We work with founders exploring growth, recapitalization, or exit opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to property management company owners Introduce our firm and position strategic partnership / acquisition conversations Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior deal advisors Log all activity accurately in HubSpot CRM Follow up consistently with leads via phone and email Hit and exceed daily/weekly appointment targets Work collaboratively with the acquisitions and deal team Requirements 1+ year of B2B cold calling experience (required) Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred) Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, professional) Highly competitive and performance-driven Self-managing and disciplined (this is a remote role) Team player with a positive attitude Resilient and comfortable handling objections Compensation $4–$6 per hour (based on experience) Unlimited performance bonuses Opportunity for long-term growth within the firm Application Instructions (Required) To be considered, please submit a Vocaroo recording reading the script below.
