B2B Appointment Setter for U.S. Restaurants - Cold Calling
Worldwide
We are an established New York hospitality photography company looking for an experienced B2B Appointment Setter to contact restaurants and schedule qualified meetings with restaurant owners, General Managers, Managing Partners, and other decision-makers. This is a long-term position starting at 25 to 35 hours per week, with the opportunity to become full-time based on performance. ABOUT OUR SERVICE We provide professional on-site guest photography services for restaurants. Our team photographs guests, prints their photos on-site, and offers them in the glass premium frames. The restaurant pays nothing. We provide the photographers, equipment, printing, frames, supplies, training, and daily operation. The restaurant receives additional revenue, improved guest experience, and long-term brand exposure through branded guest photos. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will initially receive restaurant lead lists containing: • Restaurant name • Address • Google Maps link • Potential owner’s name • Lead priority Your responsibilities will include: • Verify the correct owner, General Manager, or decision-maker • Find and verify direct phone numbers, emails, and social media profiles • Make outbound cold calls to restaurants • Get past gatekeepers and speak with decision-makers • Contact prospects through phone, email, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Clearly and professionally explain our service • Handle common objections • Complete consistent follow-ups through multiple channels • Schedule phone, video, or in-person meetings with our local Sales Representative • Send calendar invitations and confirm appointments • Confirm meetings 24 hours before and again on the day of the meeting • Record every contact attempt, response, follow-up, and meeting status in our CRM or Google Sheet This is not a closing position. Your primary goal is to connect qualified restaurant decision-makers with our Sales Manager or local Sales Representative. WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED MEETING A meeting is considered qualified only when: • The correct decision-maker has been verified • The decision-maker personally agreed to the meeting • They understand the basic purpose of the conversation • A specific date and time have been agreed upon • Direct contact information has been collected • A calendar invitation has been sent • The meeting has been confirmed before our representative calls or visits A conversation with a host, receptionist, server, or other employee is not a qualified meeting. Meeting quality is more important than inflated appointment numbers. Fake, unconfirmed, or low-quality appointments are unacceptable. SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION • 20 to 30 hours per week to start • Monday through Friday • Must be available during New York Eastern Time • Hourly compensation based on experience • Performance bonuses for qualified meetings that are confirmed and held • Short paid training and trial period • Opportunity to become full-time based on performance WE PROVIDE • Restaurant lead lists • Company and sales training • Calling scripts and objection-handling guidance • Company email and approved social media access • Sales materials and testimonials • CRM or Google Sheets access • Sales Representative calendar • Regular coaching and call reviews HOW TO APPLY Begin your proposal with the word “FRAMELAB” so we know you read the complete description. Please include: 1. Your B2B cold calling and appointment-setting experience. 2. Industries in which you have called U.S. business owners or managers. 3. The number of outbound calls you typically made per day. 4. Your average number of qualified meetings booked per week and your approximate show rate. 5.
