Position Overview This is a high-impact, long-term position for a motivated closer who understands the intersection of healthcare needs and AI capability. Your primary objective will be to identify pain points in small practices, present our tailored AI agent stacks, and drive adoption. ⚠️ Location & Language Requirement: This position is open to candidates residing in the United States or US citizens/expats living abroad. You must possess native or completely flawless verbal and written English proficiency, with a deep understanding of American corporate and medical communication nuances. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and reach out to decision-makers (practice managers, doctors, clinic owners) within small medical practices. Conduct High-Impact Demos: Confidently walk prospective clients through our AI-driven software, clearly demonstrating how our agents automate workflows and cut overhead. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique operational bottlenecks of each practice and position Bluechair.ai as the ultimate solution. Close & Retain: Manage the sales cycle from cold outreach to final contract signature, fostering long-term relationships for future upselling. What We Are Looking For Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech startup, or healthcare/medical sales experience is highly preferred). Will need referrals. AI & Tech Literacy: You don't need to be a developer, but you must be comfortable speaking intelligently about AI capabilities, cloud platforms, and automation loops. Elite Communication Skills: Exceptional phone presence and clear, persuasive writing skills. You must be comfortable making outbound calls daily. Healthcare Compliance Awareness: Basic familiarity with healthcare standards (like HIPAA or patient data privacy) is a massive plus, as our clients operate in a highly regulated space. Self-Driven & Reliable: Since this is a fully remote, long-term role, you must possess flawless time-management skills and a dedicated, quiet home office setup.
