Hello, I'm Erin. I run a software studio — we specialize in mobile app development (iOS and Android), and we also build web apps, SaaS, ecommerce, and UI/UX for businesses that need it done right. The product side is handled. What's missing is one person who can go out and put new clients in front of us, and that's the role. I'll be straight with you about what this is, because I'd rather you self-select than waste a week: there are no leads waiting for you. You'd be starting cold, dialing your own list, having your own conversations, and closing your own deals. I'm not hiring someone to babysit a pipeline I already built — I'm hiring someone who can build one out of thin air and turn it into signed contracts. If that sentence made you nervous, we're not a fit, and that's fine. If it made you a little hungry, keep reading. The deals are real and they're not small, a single mobile app build is a serious project, so a good month here pays like one. It's 10-15% commission, uncapped, full-time, 1099. The ceiling is wherever you decide to stop. I want someone who's closed before in tech or services, who sounds credible the second a stranger picks up, and who doesn't need a manager standing behind them. US-based, US hours. Answer these four questions: What have you sold, and what's your typical deal size? What's the toughest deal you've closed, and how did you get it over the line? When a prospect says "let me think about it," what do you actually say next? How would you find and approach your first mobile app clients for us with no leads provided?
