**Job Announcement: B2B Sales Executive at Celerites Integrated Solutions** Celerites Integrated Solutions is a dedicated B2B telecom engineering and drafting firm, specializing in white-label Outside Plant (OSP) engineering, Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) design, Make-Ready Engineering (MRE), and large-scale CAD production. We partner with telecom operators, civil contractors, and utility providers across the US and UK to deliver exceptional services. We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a fully commission-based role, with performance bonuses based on your success. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from generating leads to conducting introductory discovery calls. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a focused list of potential clients, including Underground Utility Contractors, Electric Cooperatives, and Telecom Alt-Nets. - Conduct proactive outreach through LinkedIn and cold email campaigns. - Lead introductory discovery calls with key decision-makers to qualify leads and understand their technical CAD/engineering needs. - Collaborate with our team by passing on qualified leads and requirements to facilitate the proposal drafting process. **Qualifications:** - Demonstrated experience in full-cycle B2B sales, encompassing everything from lead generation to conducting discovery calls. - A strong willingness to learn the fundamentals of telecom engineering to effectively communicate with potential clients. **Compensation Structure (Performance-Based):** This position does not include a base salary.
