Job Description Overview: We are a technology company building an innovative AI hardware device. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and versatile Cold Calling Expert / Appointment Setter to join our outbound team. Your primary mission will be to connect with both businesses (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C). You will contact the leads we provide, introduce our product, and invite them to book a live product demonstration (primarily via Zoom). What We Provide: Targeted Leads: We will provide approximately 30 to 50 curated leads per week. Scheduling System: A dedicated Calendly link to make demo booking seamless and instant during or immediately after the call. Product training and baseline calling guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to the provided B2B and B2C leads in the US market. Adapt your communication style dynamically between professional business logic (B2B) and engaging personal benefits (B2C). Effectively introduce our AI hardware product, answer basic questions, and handle objections. Utilize our Calendly link to book online product demonstrations (demos) for interested prospects. Log call outcomes, key notes, and booking statuses accurately in our tracking system. Required Qualifications: Native English Speaker (US-based required). Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and conversational skills. Proven track record in outbound cold calling or appointment setting (experience handling both B2B and B2C campaigns is preferred). Experience using Calendly or similar scheduling tools to manage and book appointments. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand a tech/hardware product. Self-motivated, professional, and reliable. Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and quality VoIP calling equipment. Compensation & Hours: Project Type: Part-time / Ongoing based on weekly volume. Rate: Fixed hourly rate. Please state your expected hourly rate in your proposal based on a workload of 30-50 leads per week.
