We are seeking an expert B2B Business Development Manager to lead our commercial expansion into Europe, North America, and APAC. Your core mission is to target multinational corporations and emerging enterprises, pitching Campus Academy as a strategic, cost-saving infrastructure that slashes the administrative burden of training and eliminates "The Readiness Gap". Key Responsibilities: • Execute outbound B2B prospecting targeting Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), L&D Directors, Training managers, Commercial Excellence, and Business Operations Managers in Europe, North America, and APAC. • Position Campus Academy as a structural automation ecosystem that drives human capital productivity and corporate learning autonomy. • Demonstrate the financial and operational ROI of transitioning from traditional, manual employee orientation to automated talent activation. • Lead the entire enterprise sales lifecycle, managing accounts from cold outreach through complex consultative pitches to contract signing. https://www.linkedin.com/company/campuslms/?viewAsMember=true
