Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to a provided list of US university marketing professionals. Navigate university phone systems and gatekeepers to reach decision-makers. Deliver a concise, value-driven pitch tailored to the challenges of higher ed marketing. Schedule qualified meetings/appointments directly onto our calendar. Log call outcomes, notes, and appointment details accurately in our CRM. Requirements: Location: Must be based in the United States (Native English speaker). Experience: Proven track record in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales. Experience pitching to higher education or university clients is a massive plus. Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills. Ability to sound natural and unscripted. Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a professional calling setup/software. Compensation & Engagement We want to work with top-tier talent and are flexible on the compensation structure. Please propose your preferred rates and model in your cover letter. We are open to: A competitive hourly rate. A pay-per-qualified-appointment model. A hybrid model (base hourly + performance bonus per meeting set).
