B2B Cold Call Telemarketer Appointment Setter

I'm looking for ONE long-term, full-time cold caller to join the team. This is not a short-term gig — if you do well in the first 30 days, this becomes a permanent role with bonuses and raises. THE SCHEDULE: - 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday only) - 10 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time (US) WHAT YOU'LL DO: You'll be calling local home-service business owners across the US using a list I provide (500+ pre-qualified leads — business name, owner name, phone, website, Google rating, all ready to dial). Your job is simple: 1. Call the business owner using the provided script 2. See if they'd be open to a free 30-minute strategy call with me 3. If yes, book them onto my calendar 4. If no, log the result in the CRM and move on 5. Take quick notes after each call We're NOT trying to "sell" anything on the call — just booking a free strategy call. Easy pitch. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU: - Excellent spoken English — neutral accent preferred (Americans on the other end need to understand you clearly) - Confident on the phone — not afraid to call strangers - Reliable internet + quiet workspace (no roosters, no babies crying in the background) - Headset with a clear mic - Can work 10 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time consistently - Comfortable using Close CRM to log outcomes - Honest about call results — I'd rather hear "no one's biting today" than fake numbers NICE TO HAVE (but not required): - Previous cold calling experience for US companies - Experience with GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar US dialers - Sales background (real estate, insurance, BPO, etc.) WHAT I'LL PROVIDE: - The lead list (already scored and prioritized) - The exact script you'll use - Training on how I want the calls handled (~1 hr video call to start) - The dialer / phone system (US-based phone number so calls show local) - Direct access to me via Whatsapp/Slack — I'm responsive - Weekly check-ins to track progress PAY: $4-6/hour USD base for full-time (40 hrs/week). Starting rate depends on experience. After 30 days, if you're crushing it: - Raise to $6-8/hour base - Bonus per booked appointment - Bonus per closed client - Performance reviews every 7 days WHO I'M NOT LOOKING FOR: - Agencies / teams — I want ONE person I can build a long relationship with - Someone with multiple other clients — I need full-time focus during my hours - Anyone who can't commit to the shift - Anyone who reads from a teleprompter — needs to sound human - Anyone who can't take rejection (cold calling = lots of no's, that's normal) HOW TO APPLY: 1.
