B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Base and Commission)

Summary

We are looking for an energetic cold caller to set demo appointments for us. Ideally we are looking for someone to work only 8 hours a week. Just a straight up slinger! Our company is in the AI communication space. We already have traction and are just trying to add gas to the fire. Last month we grew by 50% Both of us founders have built and sold businesses previously and like our odds of building something big this time around. We are needing a team player, someone that can chase leads down, and follow up until they show up. Here's the pay structure. Small monthly rate plus $200 per demo that the people show up for, and then 30% commission for the first two months when the customer signs up. Some deal sizes are $500 and others are $15,000. We already have people on the team doin the demos with a 70% close rate. We will provide the data, you just dial and update the CRM then nurture customers to the demo.
