B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Property Management Companies

We’re looking for an experienced cold caller to help VRL reach property management companies that manage short-term and vacation rental properties. You’ll be provided with targeted lead lists and will be responsible for calling property management companies, speaking with decision-makers, introducing our services, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. Vacation Rental License helps property managers and their clients handle: * Vacation rental licensing and permitting * Annual license renewals * Lodging and occupancy tax registration/remittance * Ongoing short-term rental compliance The goal of the call is not necessarily to close the deal yourself. Your primary responsibility is to generate interest, identify qualified property management companies, and book meetings with the appropriate decision-maker. Compensation is **$200 per week + bonuses for qualified meetings booked.** We’re looking for someone who: * Has strong English and is confident on the phone * Has experience with B2B cold calling and appointment setting * Is comfortable speaking with business owners and property managers * Can follow up consistently and keep organized call notes * Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Experience in property management, real estate, vacation rentals, compliance, or B2B services is a major plus.
