We are looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to support our outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and executives while generating qualified appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities Make 80–120 outbound cold calls per day Qualify leads using BANT or similar qualification methods Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team Handle objections professionally Update CRM with call notes and follow-up activities Conduct follow-up calls with warm prospects Maintain consistent daily outreach targets Work with provided lead lists and sales scripts Requirements Experience in B2B Cold Calling Appointment Setting experience SDR or Sales Development experience Excellent English communication Strong objection handling CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) Reliable internet and professional work environment Preferred Experience SaaS Real Estate Digital Marketing AI Services Business Consulting
