Overview Novana Creative Agency is looking for a reliable, professional appointment setter to help us grow our client base through outbound phone outreach. Your primary responsibility will be calling local service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, flooring, etc.) to introduce our services, qualify interest, and schedule discovery calls on my calendar. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. I'm looking for someone who communicates well, is coachable, and enjoys talking with business owners. Responsibilities Research approximately 40 qualified prospects at a time using Google, Maps, or provided criteria. Build prospect lists in Google Sheets or Excel. Make outbound cold calls using our script. Speak with business owners or decision-makers. Qualify interested prospects. Schedule discovery calls directly on my calendar. Record call outcomes and notes in a spreadsheet or CRM. Follow up with interested prospects when appropriate. Help improve our outreach process over time. Ideal Experience You don't need experience with everything, but you should be comfortable with: Outbound cold calling Appointment setting Speaking with U.S. business owners Lead qualification CRM systems or spreadsheets Professional spoken and written English Bonus (not required): GoHighLevel HVAC or home service industry experience Google Sheets or Excel Apollo or Hunter.io What I'm Looking For Friendly and confident on the phone Reliable and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Coachable and open to feedback Comfortable making outbound calls during U.S. Central Time business hours Interested in building a long-term working relationship Initial Paid Test Before moving into ongoing work, I'd like to start with a small paid project. The test will include: Research approximately 40 local service businesses. Organize them into a spreadsheet. Perform outbound phone outreach. Record call outcomes. Book qualified discovery calls if opportunities arise. If the test goes well, there is potential for ongoing weekly work.
