B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setter for Web Design Agency

We are looking for a confident B2B cold caller and appointment setter to help grow our web design business. Your role will be to call business owners, introduce our custom web design services, identify potential interest, and book qualified appointments. You will not be responsible for closing sales—we handle all sales calls and website production. This is a commission-only position. Compensation: • 20% commission on every deal that closes • Most website projects sell for $2,000–$4,000 • Earn approximately $400–$800 per closed deal • Commission is paid after the client’s payment has been received We will provide: • Leads to contact • A cold-calling script • Information about our services • Guidance on qualifying prospects and booking calls The ideal candidate: • Speaks fluent English • Communicates confidently with business owners • Has cold-calling or appointment-setting experience • Is consistent, coachable, and comfortable with rejection • Can provide regular updates and accurately track call results Please apply with a short introduction, your cold-calling experience, your availability, and—if possible—a brief voice recording.
