B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Varnet is a done-for-you AI integration and automation company for service businesses. We build and run custom AI systems (AI phone agents, automated follow-up and review campaigns, custom portals, sales tools, websites, SEO) that help businesses save time and make more money. We need an experienced B2B cold caller to book appointments. You will NOT close or handle tech. Your only job is to get owners interested and booked. What you'll do: - Call 40-60 US small businesses/day from a lead list we provide - Deliver our short opener, handle basic objections - Book free 15-minute AI strategy calls (we run those) - Log every outcome in our portal (provided) You're a fit if you: - Have proven B2B cold-calling / appointment-setting experience - Speak clear, neutral English - Can call during US Pacific business hours - Are consistent and coachable Pay: $11/hr base + $35 per booked call that shows up. Paid trial week (~10 hrs) to start. Top performers get raises as we scale. To apply: 1-2 sentences on your B2B calling experience + a 30-second voice clip of your cold open.
