B2B Cold Caller to Book Website Sales Calls (US Hours, Bonus Per Booked Call)

We build websites for US local trades: plumbers, HVAC, roofers, electricians. Most of these owners have no website or a dead one, so the offer is easy to like. We need a strong cold caller to get owners on the phone and book them onto our strategy call. The owner (Jim) runs the call and closes. You book and confirm. This is an ongoing, long-term seat for the right person. What you will do: - Build call lists from our target industries and areas (we show you exactly how, using Apollo and a few directories) - Cold call owners and decision-makers with a script we provide - Qualify fast: weak or missing website, takes new customers, can make a buying decision - Book qualified owners onto the strategy call and confirm so they show up - Log every call and outcome in a simple sheet How the pay works: - A base hourly rate for your calling time, billed through Upwork - $50 bonus for every qualified appointment that HOLDS (owner shows and fits our target). No-shows do not count, so confirming is on you. - $200 bonus for every website deal that closes from an appointment you booked - Bonuses are paid as Upwork bonuses on top of your hourly. A setter booking 8 to 10 held calls a week earns strong weekly bonuses before a single closing bonus lands. You are a fit if you: - Have cold called before and are not scared of a dial tone - Speak clear, confident English an owner trusts - Can work US Eastern business hours (that is when owners answer) - Have reliable internet, a quiet space, and a headset - Keep notes, hit your dial numbers, and do not need babysitting You are not a fit if you want a high hourly rate with light activity.
