B2B Cold Caller / Client Acquisition Specialist – Website Redesign Services

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Cold Caller / Client Acquisition Specialist to help us reach businesses that could benefit from a modern, professional website. Our primary target markets are real estate, construction, interior design, architecture, property management, and other local businesses where having a strong online presence is important. We redesign outdated or underperforming business websites into modern, professional websites that better represent the company and help generate more enquiries. What You'll Do * Research and identify businesses with outdated, poorly designed, or underperforming websites. * Cold call business owners and decision-makers. * Introduce our website redesign service in a natural, conversational way. * Identify businesses that are genuinely interested in improving their online presence. * Handle initial questions and common objections. * Maintain communication with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other channels. * Follow up consistently with potential clients. * Qualify interested prospects and hand warm leads over to our team for the next stage. * Keep clear notes of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status. You will not be expected to be a technical expert or build websites yourself. Your main responsibility is starting conversations, building relationships, and bringing qualified opportunities to us. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: * Has previous experience in cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting. * Is comfortable speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers. * Has strong spoken English and good communication skills. * Can handle rejection without getting discouraged. * Knows how to have a conversation rather than simply reading a script. * Is organized and consistent with follow-ups. * Can identify a good sales opportunity instead of simply maximizing call volume. * Experience selling web design, digital marketing, SaaS, or other B2B services is a plus. We're more interested in finding someone who can consistently generate qualified conversations and clients than simply hiring the cheapest caller.
