We find our prospects through our own research pipeline, and we now need a cold caller to work the phone side of that pipeline What you will do Call small business owners (think riding schools, therapy clinics, similar owner-run businesses) from lists we supply Open a short conversation around a specific, researched observation about their business, not a generic script read Qualify interest and book a 15 minute intro call into our calendar Log every call outcome in our system the same day What we provide Our own licensed calling software. You will use our system, not your own tools, and you will not need to pay for anything Researched call lists with the prospect's name, business, phone number and the specific talking point for that business A call framework and objection notes. You bring the delivery, we bring the material Calendar link for booking meetings directly Important, please read before applying All calls made through our system are recorded and monitored. Recordings are used for performance review purposes only This is a role for an individual. You will do the calls yourself. Do not apply if you plan to outsource, subcontract, or pass the work to a team or agency. Current lists are in a single timezone; more regions may be added later Requirements Fluent spoken English, clear and natural on the phone Prior B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience, ideally to small business owners Comfortable being coached from call recordings Reliable quiet workspace, headset and stable internet Compensation Share your expected hourly rate in your application.
