B2B Cold Calling Agency — Commercial Solar Financial Program (Small Team, Philippines Preferred)

We're a commercial solar EPC company based in New Jersey looking for a small, high-quality outbound calling team to launch a cold calling campaign targeting three distinct audiences in the US: Small/mid-size commercial building owners CPAs and tax attorneys (professional referral partners) Referral partners — HVAC contractors and commercial realtors This is not a green energy or environmental pitch. Our program is a financial strategy conversation — helping commercial building owners eliminate federal tax liability and utility costs using a fully bank-financed system. Callers will work from a provided script per audience; the goal on every call is a qualified opener, not a hard sell. What we're looking for: A small, established agency — not a large call center. We're not looking for 50 seats. Philippines-based strongly preferred (clear accent, strong English fluency). Documented B2B cold calling experience — financial services, insurance, solar, or similar preferred. Comfortable working from a provided script and adapting tone across three different professional audiences. Able to log call outcomes and qualified leads in real time (we'll provide a simple intake form). Structure we want to start with: 1–2 callers to start, for a one-month trial. If results are strong, we scale to 4 callers. We're prioritizing fit and quality over headcount — please don't propose a large team out of the gate.
