Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Team to support our business development efforts in the engineering and construction industry. The ideal team will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting outbound outreach, identifying decision-makers, and booking appointments with potential clients. Our target clients include: * Architectural Firms * General Contractors * Home Builders & Developers * Construction Companies * Educational Institutions * Engineering Firms The objective is to generate qualified opportunities, RFQs, and project discussions that can be transferred to our internal sales and engineering team. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls * Build and maintain lead databases * Research and identify qualified prospects * Reach decision-makers within target organizations * Introduce engineering and consulting services professionally * Schedule meetings and RFQ discussions * Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns * Manage CRM and lead tracking systems * Generate weekly reports on activities and conversions * Develop and implement lead generation strategies * Create and manage marketing campaigns * Analyze and report lead conversion rates Requirements * Proven B2B cold calling experience * Experience selling services to construction, engineering, architecture, or commercial industries * Strong English communication skills * Ability to handle objections and qualify leads * Experience with CRM systems * Lead generation and prospecting expertise * Appointment setting experience * Ability to work independently and achieve KPIs Preferred Experience * Structural Engineering Industry * Civil Engineering Industry * Architecture & Design Firms * Construction & Development Industry * Professional Services Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Number of outbound calls completed * Qualified decision-makers reached * Appointments booked * RFQs generated * Leads converted to proposals * Monthly sales pipeline growth Project Type Ongoing Project Engagement 30+ hours per week Proposal Questions 1.
