B2B Cold Calling & Partner Onboarding Specialist

Project Overview: We are seeking a results-driven B2B Telecaller / Outbound Calling Specialist to connect with business owners across India specifically Gyms, PG Owners and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) etc. Your primary role will be to introduce our product, establish B2B partnerships and collect target customer lead data through these partners to drive our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to business owners using our provided contact database. Pitch our B2B partnership model effectively to decision-makers and secure partner onboarding. Gather and systematically organize customer lead data obtained from onboarded partners. Maintain complete and accurate records of call attempts, partner responses and lead details in Google Sheets/Excel. Perform prompt follow-ups with interested contacts to close partnership agreements. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or partnership acquisition in India. Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills. Fluency in Hindi and English (proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus). Access to a reliable phone, computer and high-speed internet connection. High self-motivation and ability to meet daily calling and onboarding targets.
