# Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Digital Marketing Agency Billboard Media Solutions is looking for experienced and motivated Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team. We are a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through services such as website development, Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, CRM systems, lead generation, and other digital marketing solutions. ## What You’ll Be Doing • Making outbound cold calls to business owners and decision makers • Introducing our company and services in a natural, confident way • Building rapport quickly with potential clients • Identifying businesses that may benefit from our services • Handling basic objections and keeping prospects engaged • Booking qualified appointments for our sales team • Keeping accurate notes on calls and prospects • Following our scripts while still sounding natural and conversational ## What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: • Has previous cold calling or appointment setting experience • Speaks clear and fluent English • Is confident speaking with business owners • Does not sound robotic or simply read from a script • Knows how to build rapport and ask good questions • Can handle rejection without becoming discouraged • Is dependable, consistent, and communicates well • Has a quiet work environment and reliable internet connection • Has a good quality headset/microphone • Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Experience in digital marketing, B2B sales, lead generation, or selling services is a major plus. ## What Success Looks Like We are not looking for someone who simply makes calls to complete a quota. We want callers who focus on creating quality conversations and booking appointments with business owners who actually understand why they are being contacted and have genuine interest in speaking with our team. Quality appointments are more important than filling the calendar with unqualified leads. ## Compensation Compensation will be discussed based on experience and availability. There may also be opportunities for performance-based bonuses or additional compensation based on qualified appointments and results.
