Job Description We're a digital marketing agency running an outbound email campaign on behalf of a health insurance client. The campaign targets business owners and HR decision-makers at companies with 30–50+ employees in the Toledo, OH area. The strategy, messaging, and 5-email sequence are already written and ready to go. We need an experienced cold email specialist to own the execution from setup through to booked meetings. What You'll Handle Build a targeted prospect list of decision-makers (Owners, HR Directors, CFOs) at companies with 30+ employees within a 20-mile radius of Toledo, OH Purchase and configure a sending domain and email inboxes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup) Manage inbox warm-up prior to launch Load and manage a 5-step email sequence in your preferred cold email tool (Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, or similar) Monitor replies daily and route interested prospects to the client's booking link Tag and log qualified leads in HubSpot (lead source attribution required) Send a brief weekly performance update: emails sent, open rate, reply rate, meetings booked What We Provide Completed ideal customer profile (ICP) with target geography, company size, and decision-maker titles Full 5-email sequence copy — written, reviewed, and ready to load Client booking link for prospect scheduling HubSpot Starter access for lead source tagging Direct point of contact for questions and approvals You're the Right Fit If You Have hands-on experience running B2B cold email campaigns (not just familiarity — actual campaigns with results) Are comfortable with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, or equivalent Can show past campaign performance — open rates, reply rates, meetings booked Have managed domain setup and inbox warm-up before (not learning on the job here) Communicate proactively — weekly updates without being asked Are available for a 30-minute onboarding call this week Nice to Have Experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or financial services outreach Familiarity with HubSpot CRM Experience targeting HR decision-makers or business owners at SMBs
