We’re looking for a B2B cold email expert to run end-to-end outbound campaigns that book qualified appointments with commercial decision-makers. This role involves managing email campaigns, analyzing results, and optimizing strategies to achieve high conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing and lead generation, with a strong understanding of email marketing tools and techniques. We’re looking for a B2B cold email expert to run end-to-end outbound campaigns that book qualified appointments with commercial decision-makers. This is a performance-based engagement — you get paid for results, not activity. You will own: • Building and sourcing targeted lead lists across our four service territories • Writing, testing, and iterating cold email sequences • Managing deliverability and inbox infrastructure (separate sending domains, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC — we will not risk our primary domain) • Booking qualified appointments directly onto our calendar • Weekly reporting on sends, open/reply rates, and booked calls Who We’re Targeting Property managers, facility managers, office managers, and owners at: • Office buildings & multi-tenant properties • Medical and dental clinics • Retail spaces • Industrial facilities and warehouses • HOAs and schools What a Qualified Appointment Means • Decision-maker or strong influencer for cleaning/janitorial • Located in our service area • Genuine interest (not just “send me info”) • Confirmed on our calendar Requirements • Proven track record in B2B cold email — please share specific results (reply rates, appointments booked, niches) • You bring your own stack or can stand up cold email infrastructure (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, etc.) • Strong copywriting; you understand local service / facilities buyers • Self-managed and reliable with weekly reporting • Bonus: experience selling to property management or facilities To Apply 1.
