We are a local B2B security systems installation and integration company looking for a content creator to help with blog posts, case studies, LinkedIn/Facebook content, and a simple content schedule. This role is focused on content creation (technical blog posts, case studies) and social media. Your content would be based on content briefs supplied by an SEO/AEO strategist, and structure the content around principles for AEO citation. Not technical SEO, web development, paid ads, or full website strategy. We may work with a separate person for SEO/AEO/web support. We are not B2C or e-commerce. Our customers are property management companies and facilities teams that need security systems installed/repaired/upgraded. Property types range from multi-family residential, commercial office buildings, warehouse and logistic facilities, and enterprise campuses. **What We Need Help With** We need clear, practical content that explains technical services in a way business buyers can understand. Content may include: • Blog posts and buyer guides • Case studies or project story drafts • LinkedIn and Facebook posts • Blog-to-social repurposing • Simple monthly content calendar • LinkedIn carousel outlines • Installation video captions • Customer or installer interview questions • Vendor/manufacturer collaboration posts **Common Topics** Content may cover topics such as: • Access control systems • Gate entry systems • Key fob and credential systems • Security cameras • Intercoms and call boxes • Smart locks • Repair vs. retrofit vs. replacement • Visitor, vendor, and resident access issues • Ongoing support after installation The writing should be practical, clear, and useful. We do not want generic SEO filler, overly salesy copy, or consumer-style social media content. **Ideal Candidate** You may be a good fit if you have experience with: • B2B content writing for service, trade, repair, installation, hardware, or technical companies • Case studies or project-based content • Social media content for service businesses • Technical topics made simple • Repurposing long-form content into short social posts **Possible Monthly Scope** Please recommend a realistic monthly scope and price. A possible starting scope could include: • 2 LinkedIn/Facebook posts per week • 1 blog post or buyer guide per week • 1 case study or project story per month • 1 simple monthly content calendar This is a good fit for someone who can turn rough project notes, service topics, or installation details into clear content that helps business buyers understand their options.
