About Us We are a B2B Growth Consulting company helping businesses scale through strategy, marketing, technology, and execution. We are looking for a reliable, process-oriented content partner who can take ownership of our content calendar and social presence. Scope of Work (Monthly) Content Creation 2 SEO-focused blog articles (approx. 2,500 words each) 1 long-form whitepaper / thought leadership asset 6 LinkedIn posts derived from the blogs and whitepaper Repurpose LinkedIn content for Instagram 1-2 founder-brand posts per month Posts for relevant national holidays, industry events, and key occasions Content Formats You should be comfortable creating and managing different content formats, including: Single-image posts LinkedIn carousels Audio posts Short-form videos GIFs Other engaging LinkedIn-native content formats Publishing & Management Publish blogs on WordPress Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn and Instagram Manage the content calendar Support page growth and engagement through consistent execution Tools Available We already have access to: Ubersuggest Canva ElevenLabs Midjourney You may use these tools for research, content production, and creative development. Who We're Looking For Proven experience writing for B2B companies Experience working with consulting, professional services, SaaS, technology, or growth-focused businesses Strong research and business writing skills Comfortable managing content end-to-end with minimal supervision Process-driven and highly reliable Able to convert long-form content into engaging social content Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with B2B growth consulting firms, marketing agencies, or similar businesses. Important We are looking for original thinking and strong writing ability. If your workflow relies primarily on generating content through LLMs/AI tools and lightly editing the output, this role is not a fit. We are looking for someone who can research, think, write, and create independently.
