B2B Data Verification and Web Research - Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented B2B Lead Generation Specialist to build an accurate contact list for our sales outreach. This is a 100% computer-based, remote freelance project. Scope of Work: The freelancer will research businesses within our target industry and compile verified contact information for decision-makers. All research, data collection, and communication must be done through the Upwork platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research Target Companies: Identify companies that match our target criteria. We will provide industry, location, and company size details. 2. Find Decision-Makers: Identify key contacts such as Owner, CEO, Founder, or Manager. 3. Collect Contact Data: Gather company website, business email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and phone number when publicly available. 4. Data Organization: Enter all data into Excel or Google Sheets with clear formatting and no duplicates. 5. Verification: Double-check accuracy of all information before submission. Deliverables: Each lead must include the following fields: - Company Name - Company Website - Contact Name - Job Title - Business Email Address - LinkedIn Profile URL - Phone Number (if publicly available) - Company Location Required Skills and Experience: - Proven experience with B2B lead generation and web research - Experience using LinkedIn for professional research - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, organized data - Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly via Upwork messages Contract Details: This is a fixed-price project for the initial list. There is potential for ongoing work based on quality and accuracy. All work, files, and communication will be managed through Upwork. Payment will be processed via Upwork’s escrow and milestone system in accordance with Upwork’s Terms of Service.
