Summary

We’re looking for a data-driven B2B digital marketer to help analyze, improve, and scale our lead generation efforts for a technical, industrial automation business. This role is focused on understanding performance across our website, SEO, content, and paid channels, then turning that data into clear, actionable recommendations that support lead generation and business growth. The ideal freelancer is comfortable working with analytics, understands B2B marketing funnels, and can communicate insights in a practical, non-fluffy way. What You’ll Be Doing • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and Google Search Console • Review and interpret performance across SEO, content, Google Search Ads, and LinkedIn outreach • Track key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, leads, and booked meetings • Identify what is working, what is underperforming, and why • Provide clear recommendations to improve landing pages, messaging, and conversion rates • Support SEO and content strategy with data-backed insights • Create simple, easy-to-understand reports with next steps and priorities • Collaborate closely to align marketing efforts with real business goals Who This Is a Good Fit For • You have experience in B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics • You’re comfortable working with data and performance metrics • You understand marketing funnels and lead generation (not just traffic) • You can translate analytics into clear recommendations for non-marketers • You’re proactive, organized, and able to work independently Nice to Have (Not Required) • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical B2B marketing • SEO strategy and optimization experience • Paid advertising analytics (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) • CRM or marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
