B2B Email Marketing — Wholesale Window Treatments (Dealer & Designer Audience)

We are a wholesale window treatment company; our clients are dealers and designers. We are looking to increase sales with our existing clients through email marketing while also bringing in new clients. We are seeking marketing professionals with proven experience to help us build a process to achieve this goal. We have an existing client list but no prospect list for new accounts, so sourcing and building that list is part of the work. We do not have a platform or process locked in either, so we are open to your recommendation on tools, list strategy, and cadence based on what has worked for you. In your proposal, please include: • Your recommended approach and platform, and why you would use it for a dealer/designer audience • Relevant experience with B2B or trade-channel email marketing (examples or results welcome) • How you would source and build a prospect list of dealers and designers, and how you handle outreach compliance • How you would structure Phase 1 (platform setup, list build, and first campaigns) versus Phase 2 (ongoing campaign management), and roughly how long Phase 1 would take • A flat fee for Phase 1 (setup and list build) and a separate flat monthly fee for Phase 2 (ongoing campaigns), with what each covers, your proposed timeline, and a milestone payment schedule for Phase 1 We would like to structure this in two phases rather than as one open-ended engagement: Phase 1 is a fixed-fee build covering platform setup, prospect list sourcing, and the first campaigns; Phase 2 is an ongoing flat monthly fee for running and optimizing campaigns once the foundation is in place. Please quote each phase separately against a defined set of deliverables, and state clearly what is included in each. Note any third-party costs that would be billed separately, such as platform subscriptions or list data, and any assumptions your quote depends on. We are not looking for hourly billing. We will share our current client list size, past email activity, and product catalog with candidates we move forward with.
