B2B Email Newsletter Designer

Project Description We are looking for an experienced email newsletter designer to design and build a professional, visually engaging email newsletter for our company. Our business provides ITIN-related services, and the newsletter will be sent every other month to professional referral partners, primarily CPA firms and title companies. The purpose of the newsletter is to provide genuinely useful educational information while keeping our company and ITIN services top-of-mind as a resource for their clients. For our first newsletter, the topic will be a new filing requirement that LLCs with non-resident partners need to be aware of. We will provide the final written copy. We are primarily looking for expertise in email design, layout, and building the finished email. What We Need The selected freelancer will: • Design the first email newsletter using our existing website/brand as the visual guide • Create a polished, modern B2B design that is visually engaging but still appropriate for CPAs, title companies, and other professionals • Build the finished email/template for use with Microsoft Outlook • Create a design that can be reused for newsletters sent every other month • Format approximately a 3–5 minute read in a way that is easy to scan • Incorporate headings, callout boxes, icons/graphics, key takeaways, or other visual elements where appropriate • Include a strong but professional call-to-action section promoting our ITIN services • Ensure the email displays properly on both desktop and mobile • Incorporate our logo, brand colors, fonts/style, website, and contact information Overall Look & Feel We are looking for something that feels: Professional • Modern • Credible • Educational • Clean • Visually Engaging This should not look like a traditional text-heavy accounting newsletter. At the same time, we do not want something overly flashy or sales-oriented. Our audience consists primarily of accounting, tax, title, and real estate professionals, so credibility and readability are very important. Initial Deliverables 1. Design of the first newsletter 2. Finished email that can be used/sent through Microsoft Outlook 3. Reusable newsletter template for future issues 4. Mobile-responsive design 5. Editable source/template files If the first project goes well, we would be interested in working with the same designer on our every-other-month newsletter on an ongoing basis.
