B2B Facebook & LinkedIn Ads Specialist — Lead Generation Campaign

We are a B2B payment processing company specializing in interchange optimization and Level 3 processing for mid-size manufacturers, distributors, and government contractors. We need an experienced paid ads specialist to set up and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn driving traffic to two dedicated landing pages. What You Will Be Doing: Setting up and managing Facebook and LinkedIn ad campaigns from scratch Targeting CFOs, Controllers, VP Finance, and Operations Managers at manufacturing, distribution, and medical device companies in the United States Driving qualified leads to two landing pages — one for Microsoft Dynamics GP users and one for Microsoft Business Central users Setting up conversion tracking, Facebook Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag Providing weekly reporting on cost per lead, click through rate, and campaign performance Making ongoing optimization recommendations based on data Requirements: Proven experience running B2B lead generation campaigns — not ecommerce, not consumer brands Prior experience working with financial services, payment processing, fintech, SaaS, or professional services companies strongly preferred Experience targeting by job title and industry on both Facebook and LinkedIn US market experience required Conversion tracking setup experience required Must provide examples of previous B2B lead generation campaigns with results Ideal Candidate: You have run campaigns for a payments company, merchant services provider, fintech platform, or B2B SaaS company before. You understand that our buyer is a financial decision maker at a mid-size business — not a consumer — and you know how to reach that person on paid social. You are comfortable managing a modest ad budget efficiently and reporting on what actually matters: cost per lead and qualified calls, not vanity metrics.
