B2B Healthcare Appointment Setter – Medical Clinics & Med Spas

We are a U.S.-based healthcare consulting company looking for experienced B2B appointment setters to join our outbound team. Your primary responsibility will be reaching decision-makers at: * Med spas * Weight-loss clinics * GLP-1-focused practices * Aesthetic practices * Wellness clinics * Peptide-focused practices * Telehealth companies focused on GLP-1s, weight loss, aesthetics, peptides, or wellness The goal is to introduce our healthcare and pharmacy partnership solutions, generate interest, qualify the opportunity, and schedule meetings with our business development team. ### Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to U.S. med spas, weight-loss clinics, aesthetic practices, wellness clinics, peptide-focused practices, and relevant telehealth companies * Reach owners, founders, physicians, operators, practice managers, and other decision-makers * Follow a provided call script while sounding natural and conversational * Handle gatekeepers and basic objections professionally * Identify and qualify interested businesses * Schedule qualified meetings * Follow up with prospects when necessary * Accurately track calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments ### Requirements * Excellent spoken English with clear, professional pronunciation * Must be easy to understand on U.S. business phone calls * Previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience * Experience calling U.S. businesses strongly preferred * Experience with med spas, GLP-1s, weight loss, aesthetics, peptides, wellness, telehealth, or pharmacy-related businesses is a major plus * Comfortable speaking with business owners and healthcare decision-makers * Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills * Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet calling environment * Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours * Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance goals This is a B2B outreach position. You will be speaking with businesses and decision-makers, not patients, and you will not be providing medical advice. We are looking for people who sound confident, professional, natural, and trustworthy on the phone—not someone who simply reads from a script. We plan to begin with a short trial period of approximately 10–15 hours per week. Strong performers may receive additional hours and have the opportunity to work with us long term. Selected candidates will complete a short live role-play during the interview so we can evaluate communication skills, objection handling, and overall phone presence.
