Project Overview: Nautical Health is a healthcare consulting firm focused on care management, population health, value-based care, health IT adoption, productivity, efficiency, dashboards/reporting, and healthcare operations improvement. We have attached examples of a company that has an excellent brand system. We are looking for a strong B2B brand designer or social media design specialist to create a polished LinkedIn brand system for Nautical Health. We already have a basic brand style guide, color scheme, logo, and icons. This is not a request for random social media graphics. We need a clean, professional, repeatable visual system that can support weekly LinkedIn content, thought leadership, service promotion, reports, webinars, events, and downloadable resources. The design should feel executive, modern, healthcare-focused, data-informed, and strategic. We want a consistent style similar to what strong healthcare technology companies use on LinkedIn, but customized to Nautical Health’s own identity. Desired Style: The work should feel: Clean and executive Modern healthcare consulting Strategic and data-informed Professional, but not boring Strong enough for healthcare executives, providers, payers, health tech companies, and consulting audiences Please avoid: Generic healthcare stock-photo layouts Cartoonish graphics Overly playful visuals Crowded designs Random colors Basic Canva templates with no brand system Full Project Deliverables: The full $1,000 project should include: LinkedIn company page banner Founder/CEO LinkedIn banner 8 reusable static LinkedIn post templates 4 LinkedIn carousel cover templates 3 report/download promotion templates 3 webinar/event promotion templates 3 service spotlight templates 3 thought leadership/quote templates Basic brand usage guide, including colors, fonts, logo placement, image style, and layout rules Editable files in Canva, Figma, or Adobe 8–10 sample posts mocked up using Nautical Health messaging Content Themes: The template system must support content around: Care management Population health Value-based care Health IT adoption Productivity and efficiency Healthcare reporting and dashboards Patient engagement Practice transformation Provider/payer alignment Healthcare operations improvement Webinars, think tanks, trainings, and reports Paid Test Project: Before awarding the full project, we will start with a $75 paid test. The test project will include 3 Nautical Health LinkedIn post concepts: One thought leadership post One service spotlight post One report or event promotion post This test will help determine whether your visual direction, healthcare understanding, and brand system thinking are aligned with what we need. Application Requirements: Please include: 3–5 relevant portfolio examples At least one example of a social media template system, LinkedIn campaign, brand system, or B2B/professional services design project A brief explanation of how you would approach this project Your preferred design platform: Canva, Figma, Adobe, or other Timeline for the paid test and full project Important: Please do not apply if your work is mainly basic social media graphics with no strategy, brand consistency, or professional B2B design experience. We are looking for high-quality work and a repeatable system that Nautical Health can use every week.
